Warbler Way - Singing males included 11 Willow Warbler, 10 Chiffchaff, 10 Blackcap, 5 Whitethroat, 3 Sedge Warbler, 2 Cettis Warbler, 1 Song Thrush and 1 yaffling Green Woodpecker.
Bolton Ings mid morning - On the open water were 4+8y Mute Swan, 13 Greylag, 9 Canada Geese, 39 Tufted Duck, 9 Mallard, 7 Pochard, 5 Gadwall, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Little Grebe, 2 Cormorant, 25+26y Coot, 2 LBB Gull, 2 Herring Gull and 1 Common Gull. Also present were 1 Buzzard, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Bullfinch and 1 Linnet.
Wombwell Ings late morning - Present were 12 Mute Swan, 9 Greylag, 5+6y Canada Geese, 1 Pink Footed Goose, 21 Gadwall, 14 Mallard, 11 Tufted Duck, 2 Pochard, 1 Shoveler, 1 male Goosander, 2 Grey Heron, 9 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 6 Lapwing, 2 Redshank, 1 Oystercatcher, 39 BH Gull, 2 Pied Wagtail and 3 Linnet.
Broomhill Flash early PM- Noted were 1 Mute Swan, 25 Canada Geese, 4 Greylag, 19 Tufted Duck, 18 Gadwall, 11 Mallard, 4 Pochard, 1 Shoveler, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Red Legged Partridge, 1 Buzzard, 17 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 4 Lapwing, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Herring Gull and 1 LBB Gull.
