Wombwwell Ings - Highlight was a Wood Sandpiper. Also present were 1 Mute Swan, 28 Canada Geese, 55 Teal, 3 Shoveler, 1 Tufted Duck, 5 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 98 Lapwing, 4 Ringed Plover, 51 BH Gull, 2 LBB Gull and 1 Pied Wagtail.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2 Mute Swan, 49 Canada Geese, 39 Mallard, 34 Teal, 24 Gadwall, 23 Tufted Duck, 11 Shoveler, 3 Wigeon, 2 Garganey, 33 Little Grebe, 1 Great Cresteed Grebe, 12 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 4 Cormorant, 15 Moorhen, 3 Coot, 8 Lapwing, 2 Greenshank, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 LBB Gull and 1 Little Owl.
Bolton Ings - A cc Marsh Harrier gave good views as it quartered over the eastern end of the main pool at c.12.00 midday. On the open water were 1+1y Mute Swan, 24 Greylag, 2 Canada Geese, 12 Tufted Duck, 10 Gadwall, 5 Pochard, 1 Mallard, 14 Little Grebe, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 91 Coot and 1 Moorhen. Also present were 4 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 17 Lapwing and 2 Kestrel.
