Wombwell Ings - Highlight was a female Peregrine being chased by two crows at 10.10am. Also present were 2 Mute Swan, 136 Canada Geese, 4 Pink Footed Geese, 1 Greylag, 59 Wigeon, 16+ Mallard, 9 Teal, 3m+3f Goosander, 4 Tufted Duck, 4 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 1 Cormorant, 5 Grey Heron, 3 Little Egret, 9 Coot, 1 Sparrowhawk, 87 BH Gull, 2 Common Gull, 1 LBB Gull, 1 Herring Gull, 155 Golden Plover, 41 Lapwing and 4 Skylark.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 1 Mute Swan, 9m+6f Pochard, 13 Tufted Duck, 4m+3f Goosander, 2 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 1m+1f Goldeneye, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Little Grebe, 118 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 49 BH Gull, 10 Common Gull and 1 LBB Gull. Also noted were 1 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron and c50 Lapwing.
