Edderthorpe Monday & Tuesday

Still plenty of waders to see on the mud despite Monday nights heavy rain. Ringed Plover 21 on Monday with 15 still present Tuesday, up to 4 LRPs and 6 Dunlin on Tuesday. !7 Redshank were present Monday. A couple of Shelduck are being seen daily and the first brood of Gadwall chicks (5) are on Houghton Washland. 2 Yellow Wagtails were on the Flash Tuesday morning. On Worsbrough Res 20 adult Great Crested Grebes were present this afternoon.
