Edderthorpe, Friday morning
As the early morning mist slowly cleared the following wildfowl became visible;- Shoveler 140, Gadwall 106, Teal 275, Wigeon 15, Little Egret 7, Golden Plover 2. A Tawny Owl was calling early morning from Houghton Washland area. Houghton Washland is now heavily overgrown and it is difficult to see anything on there.

Graham ,update at 9:00 til 10:30.Little Egret 10, Snipe 8, Pochard 2, a few more Wigeon and a female Goosander which flew off North.
