Another lovely, mild, sunny day. This afternoon 2 Buzzards flew south and later 1 north. 2 Little Owls were showing well again and 2 Water Rails were calling to each other from the reedbeds. 5 Canada Geese came in to join our single Wigeon and 15 Teal. Also present Great Spotted Woodpecker, Willow Tit, and 40 Skylarks in the stubble field. (D.M. Smith & D. Standish)
