What a contrast to last weeks glorious weather, grey, miserable, wet and windy today. Highlights were the first Goldeneye of the winter, first Redwings, 2 Pink Feet and I thought I heard a Grey Plover. One turned up on the Main Marsh so it must have been, good counts of Gadwall and Coot again on Webs day. After Bolton paid a visit to Edderthorpe to see the Grey Phalarope, also counted 850 Golden Plover while I was there.
