Edderthorpe, Wednesday morning
An influx of dabbling duck overnight; Shoveler up to 64, Teal up to 140 and Gadwall 72. Shelduck 6 and Pochard 10 complete my duck counts. Waders continue to be disappointing (it seems Old Moor is nicking them all in it's usual selfish way); Lapwing 450, Greenshank 2, Green Sandpiper 2, Black-tailed Godwit 2, Ringed Plover 1, LRP 1
